“ I had a lovely little dinner here with my partner. The seating was cozy. I had the capellini calabraise and thought it was amazing. The sauce was nice, the shrimp, crab and squid was plump and juicy and not over cooked. The pasta tasted fresh and lovely. My partner is a bit more picky, he got the 3 cheese ravioli amd he liked them but felt like the filling was a bit watery and could use more of a cheesy kick. He could differenceiate other cheese from.the ricotta. I got the peach raspberry sangria and it was lovely. ”
“ It was my Wife and Son's Birthday , Party of 7, Our Server Nick was a true professional excellent service and very knowledgeable, appetizers were shared and delicious! Specials were incredible and several were ordered.. Grouper special was phenomenal, as was the Lamb Chops I ordered, Chicken Princess was prepared to perfection, my Son had the Veal Parm with pasta and said the veal was tender and perfectly cooked, he said it was the best homemade pasta he has eaten.. Lobster Raviolis were delicious and the sauce was a subtle flavor.. Myself having been a Chef of over 45 years, my experience at Cordivari's was a 10 meal and service.. If you are looking for fine Italian dinning this is the place ! Chef Jim is a consummate professional and Toni his mother at the front desk is a Gem! Food, Service and Staff were all 5 ! Family owned and operated and their love for serving their guests begins at the door with a warm greeting by Toni and Carmen. The food was piping hot and delicious! My new favorite is their Pasta Giacomo. Home made pasta, hot peppers and an abundance of their home made meatballs all mixed together with their amazing sauce. It’s to die for! Highly recommended on all levels. Excellent food, service and ambience. And reasonable too. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for excellence in dining! ”
